Lakeview Construction stands above many other home builders because we offer services that go beyond just following plans and building your home. We do site evaluation and design work as well as building. We use only quality material to complete our homes and we are licensed North Carolina Residential Building Contractors. In addition, we have a design coordinator on staff to walk you through all the necessary steps of building a home. She will coordinate your color scheme and direct you when you want the help. This is included in the price of the home.

Our reliable quality draftsman can reconfigure any plan you bring to us, and we have many plans on file in our office to choose from. Lakeview Construction has prepared a disk illustrating a number of houses which we have built, and we would be glad to send a copy for your review. Our Photo Gallery of selected completed homes is also available for your perusal. We have one or two model home available to walk through, and you are always welcome to view our many completed homes. We would be glad to provide you with a list of our satisfied customers.

The construction of our homes is warranted for one year. Warrantees on appliances are according to the manufacturer policy. All homes include a Microwave Range and oven, dishwasher, hot water heater and heat pump. Our work is completed on time for the price quoted.
